In 2005, while young college kids were building an social site to be called Facebook .... Electronic Supply Chain Solutions was becoming one of Americas first electronic component distributors certified to AS9120 for quality. We also began to build an inventory of select components to meet the special needs of several military and aerospace prime contractors.  Many of these parts were purchased either from the factory direct or through franchised distribution to meet the forecasted demand of our customers. Solutions to industry shortages for leaded or none RoHS parts and long lead times of JANTX and RLR07C components were diminished by ESCS's ability to procure and stock the exact product required to meet source controlled drawings and flow downs.

Our LEGACY on-hand inventory continues to provide a tremendous value to our customers and they have requested we not abandon their access to this unique inventory.

The ESCS LEGACY Sales Channel operates under the following conditions:

Factory C of C, test reports and authorized C of C can be provided if available or when applicable or required. All ESCS Legacy products come with an ESCS C of C. ESCS makes no claims as to the authenticity, functionality, or accuracy of any prior tests performed. ESCS sells the Legacy product as is, and shall not perform any additional inspections or testing.  ESCS WILL HOWEVER  REPLACE OR REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD IF DEEMED SUSPECT BY A THIRD PARTY TEST REPORT. ESCS DOES NOT IMPOSE ANY LIMITATION ON TIME FOR THE RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS THAT ARE PROVEN SUSPECT.

The purpose of the LEGACY sale channel is to give customers an avenue to procure, hard to find, obsolete, and source controlled products that you may not find elsewhere. ESCS was very selective in strategically procuring each item for sale however products purchased back in 2005 may not have undergone the incoming inspection requirements in practice today. ESCS today is an authorized distributor and our level of inspection will not be that of an independent that is trying to determine the authenticity of product that does not have pedigree trace paperwork. 

All transactions for LEGACY product will require discussion to identify quantity needed as well as pricing and associated documentation available. Brokers looking for excess for cheap need not inquire.
